Hyundai de Puerto Rico is the company responsible for distribution; marketing, sales and after-sales services of the Hyundai automobile brand to single and multi-brand dealers in Puerto Rico.

Project Scope:
Implementation of the following list of processes:
– Marketing Campaign Management: Process for defining and managing target customer segments to be used in email marketing campaigns. Business process integrated with ERP, SAP SAP Cloud for Customer and third-party mass email message service.
– Demand Generation: Implementation of demand for the identification, mass loading and management of prospects and qualification of the same for shipment to the commercial area for business development.
– Customer service: registration and management of requests, complaints and claims from dealers and end customers.
– After Sales
